Optimization of Green Synthesized Black Tea Nanoparticles using Central Composite Design

Objectives: Traditional method of optimization is lengthy and time consuming while response surface methodology evaluates the effects multiple factors their interactions on one or more variables with fewer experiments. The aim present study green synthesized black tea nanoparticles using central composite design. Materials Methods: 5, 15, 25% concentrations were reacted 10, 15 mM Silver nitrate (AgNO3). An was carried out to optimize levels independent like concentration extract, solution nitrate, stirring speed, time. 30 numbers experiments performed evaluated for responses particle size % yield. Characterization silver nanoparticle done by UV-visible spectroscopy, zeta sizer, XRD, FTIR, FESEM, etc. Results: Nanoparticles formation revealed color transformation from light yellow brown. Prepared particles monodisperse Z-Average: 137.8 nm, polydispersity index 0.278, Zeta potentials 22.7 mV. Electrophoretic Mobility Mean 0.000176 cm 22/Vs, indicating stability suspension. Conclusion: Optimized parameters offered Central Composite Design 10mM AgNO3, 10% extract 150 min, 700 rpm. 3D plots that metal salt rate showed a direct relationship whereas indirect size. yield highest mid level (A) (B) Stirring (C) speed had no impact
